Microsoft Excel allows data analysts to efficiently clean, organize, manipulate,
analyze, and visualize large sets of data using a variety of functions and tools.
I can proceed to Data cleaning until Data Visualization in Excel or we can
use PostgreSQL and Power BI for better data preparation and visualization.
PostgreSQL allows data analysts to leverage its powerful query engine and
analytics features to clean, manipulate, analyze, and extract insights from large and complex datasets.
I mainly used PostgreSQL for data preparation and data process.
Power BI enables data analysts to quickly and easily transform from various sources into visually compelling and
interactive insights, allowing for better-informed business decisions. I can also clean and organize the data with
Power BI.
Analyzed 55.3% operator downtime and 80% delays from five recurring issues: machine adjustment, machine failure, inventory shortage, batch change, and batch coding errors which caused 80% of downtime minutes. Peak delays occurred Mondays, especially at 19:00–20:00. Recommended load balancing, operator training, and monthly downtime trend tracking.
Analyzed 25.05% YoY admissions growth (+130) and 40.25% YoY surge in encounters (+7,944), noting midnight and Tuesday and Sunday peaks. Identified peak ambulatory cases (44.8% of total cases) and a $70M payer coverage gap. Recommended reallocating staff for peak hours and launching targeted insurance programs.
Identified 122.9% MoM revenue surge and 235.1% MoM profit growth, driven by Paseo and Government sectors. Advised strategic resource shifts, scaling cost-efficient segments like Amarilla and Channel Partners Segment, and improving underperforming regions by adapting high-margin practices from Europe.
Analyzed 59.55% YoY revenue growth (from $7.85M to $12.52M) and 78.57% increase in units sold (2.38M to 4.25M). Top performers Ms. Mikaela Ong (26.94% total Revenue) and Supervisor Mr. Emmanuel (36.68% total Revenue) drove results, recommending structured mentorship to replicate their sales techniques.

One of my biggest accomplishments was completing a Google Course named "Google Data Analytics" through Coursera. This certification program included data understanding, data analyzation, and data visualization. It required a lot of concentration and effort, and we had the chance to accomplish a capstone project.
